4. We believe that regeneration is an act of God by which the governing disposition  of the soul is made Holy.     (John 1:3-7)
 
5. We believe justification frees man from the guilt of sin. (Rom. 5:10)
 
6. We believe sanctification is a process by which we are made partakers of God's  holiness.   

        We are set apart:
 
A. In position we are sanctified when we believe. (Phil. 1)
B. In experience we are sanctified through the Word. (John 17:17)
C. In consummation, our complete sanctification awaits the coming of the Lord.        (I John 3:2)
 
7. We believe in the pretribulation return of Christ for his church.   (I Thess. 4:13-18)  
8. We believe in the Holy Spirit as God's gift to the church and accept His  manifestation as operating within the body today.     (John 14:16, 26; Acts 2:1-4)
9. We believe in the deity of Christ. (John 1: 1-2, 10:30, 14:7-1 1)
 
10. We believe in two spiritual ordinances:
 
A. Water baptism is the voluntary immersion of a believer in water symbolizing what  Crist has done for us through his death, burial and resurrection.      (Romans 6:4)
B. The Lord's Supper symbolizes the Lord's death and suffering.     (I Cor. 11:23-26)
